Usha Mittal Institute of Technology promotes the research and research publications.
Ethics and plagiarism are the important components in the research and publication. Sometimes it is observed that researchers claim others work as their own, which will degrade the reputation of the institution.
The research work of faculty / students in the form of papers/projects must go through the process of plagiarism and has to maintain high academic standards. Apart from this, the committee takes extra measures to ensure that the work is at par with the national / international standards.
Every Research Scholar of the institute has to check his / her final papers /projects /publication / thesis using Plagiarism checker Software. The papers/projects/publication thesis is allowed for submission only if the plagiarism checker shows similarity less than that prescribed by the university norms. Any violation of the rule and other issues, disciplinary action will be taken by the committee within one month from the day of complaint.
