Usha Mittal Institute of Technology has a vibrant sports council that encourage students to believe in themselves by providing them with a platform for participating in various Intra and Inter-Collegiate indoor and outdoor games.
We have enthusiastic Basketball, Volleyball, Throwball, Badminton, Carrom, Chess, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Table Tennis & Tug-of-War teams who have won laurels for the Institute in various Inter-University and Collegiate events. The institute with the help of the physical department of S.N.D.T Women’s University organizes various camps, treks, fitness programs, self-defence workshops and other activities.
The Sports Council of Usha Mittal Institute Of Technology organised a Collegiate Sports Festival ‘’XUBERANCE”. Our aim is to encourage women in the field of Sports. Not only students but teachers and non-teaching staff of the institute participated in different sports as well as fun events.
